I've been watching ABC's "Pretty Little Liars" for years now and Spencer Hastings has always been the girl who's stuck out to me. Her style is very classic and her character an overachiever. A lover of collars, blazers, oxfords, plaid, fedoras, and school. I love how a person's maturity can make their style and how Spencer has shown that beauty is nothing without brains.
